There is nothing quite like a cozy log cabin with a fireplace.  Enter through the delightful solid hickory wood front door.  Once inside you will find that wood abounds. Tongue and groove pine covers all the walls and ceiling. Let your eyes travel up to the pine ceiling and spot the faux deer antler chandelier. The old hunter’s red and black buffalo plaid from the 1850s gives the cabin a pop of color and a vintage feel. The rustic stair handrail and loft railing feature ironwood tree branches custom-made by our team.

The kitchenette has warm hickory cabinets with a butcher block countertop and a cute red retro mini fridge to prepare a light meal during your stay.  As with many of the tiny houses at Tiny Digs Lakeshore, the bathroom door is custom-made tongue and groove pine wood. It resembles the old outhouse door with a copper moon accent. Check out the door handle to see if you can guess what it was in its former life. It’s an outdoors person’s dream getaway tiny house choice.

It sleeps up to four people with a queen bed loft like the days of old in prairie cabins and a futon double sofa sleeper. As you’re dozing off to sleep catch a chapter or two in “Little House on the Prairie” or browse the “Cabin Porn” book which features photos of other cabins from around the world.

Sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed loft and a futon double sleeper sofa.

Why choose the Log Cabin tiny house for your stay?

If you want to experience a unique and memorable vacation, staying in a log cabin tiny house is a great option. You can enjoy the rustic charm and beauty of a log cabin while having all the modern amenities and comforts you need. You can also explore the surrounding area and engage in various outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing or just relaxing at the lakeside across the street. Take the couple-minute drive down Lakeshore Drive to catch one of the famous sunsets on Lake Michigan.

One of the best places to find a log cabin for your vacation is Tiny Digs Lakeshore – a resort that offers several tiny houses with different themes and designs. The Cabin has many features that make it an ideal choice for your stay.

It has an outstanding solid hickory wood front door that welcomes you. Come sit a spell on the large front porch and listen to the local Red-wing Blackbirds singing in the wetlands across the street on Muskegon Lake or keep an eye peeled for one of the neighborhood hawks circling overhead.
